What is Inner Strength?
Ki, roughly translated, is the energy or life force present in everyone. It is evident in times when everything seems to “go right” and we feel our best – mentally and physically. The techniques of inner strength focus and combine Ki with our physical selves through a series of breathing, movement, and stretching routines. These exercises produce a sense of calm, controlled, self-confident awareness, which improves our physical and mental well-being. We practice inner strength during all classes, and it will help provide the tranquility, peace of mind, and strength we all need to meet challenges and cope with the stress of today's world.
